On my abstract I want to emphasize the real effect of an accurate forecast and direct impact on production when phenomena like this, freezing rain or icing do happen.. I have some numbers of how the price of MW-hour went on the market once the phenomena appears and of course impact on trading companies but also for the population of Belgium.
