Sylvain Cros
For 15 years, Sylvain participated in research programs for climate information production using satellite data. At Mines ParisTech, he initiate the development of the first international on-line solar radiation atlas. He then led several projects for the mapping of essential variables for climate change modelling in several research institutes. Sylvain joined Reuniwatt in 2013, a start-up company providing solutions to increase photovoltaic electricity penetration into the energy mix. He is leading the different R&D activities regarding Earth Observation and Climatic Information Systems.
